Simply South is a small story that started in May 2009. Started by Shanker Shrinivas and Rashi Shrinivas. This journey started with a very small budget South Indian restaurant with a seating capacity of 15 people.
It is located in Greater Noida which is a city having a large institutional area comprising of several colleges, schools and university. Shankar Shrinivas was student of a one of the colleges in the same institutional area. Keeping this in mind, Mr Shanker Shrinivas wanted to start a restaurant which can cater to students.
Slowly but surely this small restaurant was being noticed by a lot office goers and shoppers coming into the famous Jagat Farm market.
The response was massive and the restaurant had to go through a renovation and expansion to cater to the ever growing customer base.
In 2012 this restaurant became a 35 seater and a further expansion in 2014 has helped it become 60 seater restaurant today. The Founders feel that the USP of their restaurant is the price along with the authentic taste that is on the offer. Simply South is the first exclusive South Indian restaurant in Greater Noida. With the core team being from south , quality of the food is always kept under check. Simply South is on the verge of expansion through more branches. Also franchising will be a strong pillar in their future plans.
